At the Verbier Festival classical music and the sampling of fine gastronomic delicacies go hand in hand. Every evening at the Salle des Combins, you can order interval refreshments in advance of the concert and savour a selection of  Swiss-style or Russian-style tapas served on slate platters during the interval while looking out over the magnificent Combins massif.
