How to book

Tickets can be ordered:

Via the Internet: order online, see the seating plan and receive immediate confirmation of your booking 24 hours a day, directly from Programme 2012 (secure connection), by clicking on the calendar. Select the concert of your choice and add the tickets you want to your cart. You can choose tickets for other concerts by clicking on "Buy more". You can then choose another concert and repeat the procedure. When your order is complete, check the contents of your cart and checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you specified earlier. A second email will allow you to print your tickets. You will need your username and your personal password. To view it you need an Adobe Acrobat Reader (install Adobe Acrobat Reader for free). You can print your tickets from any computer with a printer. The electronic ticket (e-ticket) is valid only if printed on white A4 paper (printing in black or color). It will be available in PDF format.

By post or by fax: only possible using the specially prepared order form. The order form must be signed and faxed to +41 (0) 848 771 883 or posted to:

Ticket Office opening

9 February 2012: web bookings only for Friends in Categories A-D
13 February 2012: opening for Friends in Categories A-D
20 February 2012: opening for Friends in Categories E-F
1st March 2012: opening for Friends in Categories J-H
12 March 2012: opening to the general public (from 12 pm)
