A core team of 30 work to plan and promote the Verbier Festival and its Academy year-round. During the Festival period (July–August) the team expands to over 130 people, complemented by dozens of volunteers.

The Verbier Festival Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Officer to work alongside the Development Director in identifying new donors and managing the Foundation’s existing donor relationships.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in philanthropy or in project and event management within a high-end professional environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, bilingual proficiency in French and English, a strong sense of discretion and initiative, and an enjoyment of dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Workload: 75%
