It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 27th edition of the Verbier Festival. We are extraordinarily grateful to you, our faithful Friends and festivalgoers, and share in your great disappointment. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support in this difficult time.
All tickets are eligible for return. This can be done in three ways:
Convert all or part of what you have paid into a donation to help the Festival cover existing commitments and streamlined operations for the remainder of 2020. We look to recuperate CHF 500,000—50% of ticket purchases at the time of the Festival’s cancellation—to avoid a financial loss on the year. Swiss taxpayers, as well as fiscal-residents of 19 European countries, the UK, the United States and Canada may be eligible for a tax receipt for their donations, allowing them to reclaim a portion as a charitable gift on their next tax returns.
Convert a portion or all of your purchase to credit for tickets to a future Festival edition.
Request a partial or total reimbursement to be transferred to your bank or post account.
Please complete the form below to request a ticket return. The Ticket Office will process requests in the order they are received. You will be contacted by email or telephone once your request has been completed. Should you decide to call the Verbier Festival Office or Verbier Festival Ticket Office by telephone, we appreciate your patience as phone lines will undoubtedly be busy. We aim to process all requests within 30 days.
The Ticket Office can be reached by email and telephone. Phones lines will only be open until 30 April 2020. However, ticket return requests will be accepted via the form below until 3 August 2020. After this date, all unclaimed returns will be converted to donations.
