Next generation Cape Verdean sensation Lura replaces Cesaria Evora
The Verbier Festival is proud to announce that the Cape Verdean singer will be performing in the concert on Saturday 19 July in Médran. Lura will be standing in for her compatriot from Cape Verde, Cesaria Evora, who has had to cancel her visit to the Verbier Festival for reasons of ill health. Following in the musical footsteps of Cesaria Evora, Lura is without a doubt the most cosmopolitan of the young artists from Cape Verde.
