Each summer, VF KiDS offers fun and interactive workshops for young children at the Verbier Festival. Led by La Bulle d’Air, an organisation specialising in Music Discovery, these workshops inspire musical curiosity and nurture creativity in playful and engaging ways.

Music Discovery activities for toddlers up to age 4
A fun workshop to explore and share the first steps in music-making. An opportunity to move, sing, improvise, create, and effortlessly absorb the fundamental concepts of music.

Instrument Discovery Workshops for ages 5 – 8
A fun, hands-on workshop where children explore and try out different instruments. They discover the five main families of instruments and learn basic musical concepts through listening, playing, and group activities.

The Orchestra in Action for ages 6 – 12
Children start with a workshop to prepare for an orchestra dress rehearsal, learning how to observe and appreciate the experience. They then attend a rehearsal at the Salle des Combins, where they witness musicians in action, the conductor’s leadership, and the unique energy of a performance coming to life.
