when do doors open
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before a performance’s scheduled start time.
No bar service is presently planned at Salle des Combins, in the interest of eliminating places where people can congregate en masse. Please see our regularly updated protocols for evolving safety measures.
More entrances will be available at Salle des Combins this summer than in the past, allowing for dedicated entrances for corresponding seating categories. Twenty minutes before the performance we’ll start to manage your entry into Festival venues. At Salle des Combins, listen for our signature entry signal.
Festivalgoers with reduced mobility are invited to contact our Ticket Office by telephone when booking their tickets. The Festival offers a 20% discount (excluding Carré Or placement) to these clients and one accompanying person. Seating for patrons in wheelchairs is available in both Festival Mainstage venues and most other performance venues. First row seats are set aside for these patrons at Salle des Combins and the Verbier Église.
When reserving tickets, blind and partially-sighted visitors may request to be escorted to their seat on the day of the event by a member of the Festival team. On request in advance, the programme for the performance (a PDF or Word document) can be sent several days before the concert.
This year, all Festival concerts are presented without intermission. 11 am and 4 pm concerts at the Église are programmed to last 60 minutes, as are Unlimited concerts in the Secret Concerts and Drôles d’Oiseaux series. Because of their shorter duration, these performances are particularly well-suited to spectators with attention deficits.
