OXY MORE

Biography

OXY MORE est un duo de piano fondé en 2020 par les pianistes Dinu Mihailescu et Philippe Boaron, basés en Suisse. À deux pianos ou à quatre mains, ils conçoivent des programmes mêlant répertoires classique, romantique, du XXe siècle et contemporain, et collaborent avec des artistes d’autres disciplines, notamment la danse et les arts visuels. Leur format de concert, souvent donné dans une semi-obscurité sans interruption, met l’accent sur l’émotion et l’accessibilité.

Dinu Mihailescu

Dinu Mihailescu est diplômé de la Haute École de Musique de Genève où il a étudié avec Dominique Weber et Cédric Pescia (Diplôme de soliste et Master en pédagogie). Il s’est produit dans des festivals comme le Verbier Festival UNLTD, Lavaux Classic et Puplinge Classique, ainsi que dans des salles telles que le Victoria Hall (Genève), le Yehudi Menuhin Forum (Berne) et le Studio Ansermet (RTS). En 2024, il a enregistré ROmerican Avant-Garde, son premier album solo, qui paraîtra en 2025. Il enseigne au Conservatoire Populaire de Genève et à l’École de Musique de Lausanne.

Philippe Boaron

Philippe Boaron est titulaire de Masters en interprétation et pédagogie des Hautes Écoles de Suisse Romande, où il a étudié avec Paul Coker, Fernando Rossano et Pascal Godart. Il se produit comme soliste et chambriste dans des lieux tels que le Victoria Hall (Genève), l’Aula Magna (Fribourg) et la Filarmonica Banatul (Timișoara), et participe à des projets interdisciplinaires alliant musique et littérature. Il a enregistré le Concerto WoO 4 de Beethoven avec la Camerata du Léman pour le label Cascavelle en 2024. Il enseigne au Conservatoire Populaire de Genève.
