Discovering the story of L’Enfant et les Sortilèges
Welcome to Storytellers Camp! This fun and bilingual arts camp for children aged 6 to 12 offers a week of imagination, music, theatre, and visual creation. Children may register for a single day or the full week. Today, the adventure begins with storytelling, music, and creative play as we explore the magical world of L’Enfant et les Sortilèges.

Day one is all about discovery. Children are introduced to the characters and story of L’Enfant et les Sortilèges—a fantastical opera by Maurice Ravel and Colette that blends humour, emotion, and magic. Through storytelling and listening, the children imagine this dream-like world and reflect on themes like emotion, transformation, and empathy. It’s the spark that ignites a week of creativity and collaboration.
