At age 10, Christian Li became the youngest ever First Prize winner of the Menuhin Competition (2018); he also received the Audience Prize and Composer Award. In 2020, Christian also became the youngest artist ever signed to Decca Classics, and joined the roster of IMG Artists. His debut album Vivaldi: The Four Seasons was nominated for an ARIA Award. He has made successful debuts with the Sydney and Melbourne Symphony Orchestras, Orchestra Victoria, Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, Auckland Philharmonic and the China Philharmonic, and at major festivals throughout the UK. Future performances include concerto and recital debuts throughout Europe and the United States. Christian studies with Robin Wilson, Head of Violin at the Australian National Academy of Music, and performs on the 1737 ex-Paulsen Guarneri Del Gesù violin, on loan from a generous benefactor.

Edward Walton was awarded Second Prize in the junior division of the 2021 Menuhin International Violin Competition. He is the youngest musician selected for the 2022 ABC Young Performer Awards (Australia), and in 2019, was awarded First prize at the Il Piccolo Violino Magico in Italy, the Medallion International Concerto Competition (USA) the Jeunes Artistes musicals du Centre in France and the International Grand Prize Virtuoso competition in London. Edward has appeared as a soloist with orchestras internationally and has performed recitals in Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and at London’s Royal Albert Hall. In 2022 he makes his debut with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. He has attended the Kronberg Academy, Interlaken and Keshet Eilon master courses receiving masterclasses from Maxim Vengerov, Mauricio Fuks and Zakhar Bron. He studies with Robin Wilson and Emily Sun, and plays a Gagliano violin on loan through Beare’s International Violin Society.

Violinist Jaewon Wee recently won the First and Audience Prizes at the 2022 Washington International Competition and the Second and Best Performance of the Commissioned Work Prizes at the 37th Klein International Competition. Last year, she was also awarded the Second & the Special iPalpiti Prizes at the George Enescu International Competition and, in 2019, as a winner of the Juilliard Violin Concerto Competition, she made her New York debut at Lincoln Center, Alice Tully Hall. Jaewon has appeared as soloist with the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Italy Palermo Festival Symphony Orchestra and Korean Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra, among others. Graduate of the Juilliard’s Master of Music Degree programme, Jaewon continues in a Graduate Diploma programme on full scholarship at the New England Conservatory, studying with Donald Weilerstein.

Dutch violinist Pieter van Loenen, who now studies with Pavel Vernikov, graduated summa cum laude from the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague in 2016 and was awarded the prize for the best exam of the year. He won Second Prize and the Audience Prize at the Dutch Oskar Back National Violin Competition (2016) and the Dutch Classical Talent Audience Award (2019), giving him an opportunity to perform throughout his home country. In addition to being active as both a soloist and chamber musician, Pieter was Artist in Residence of the Dutch National Youth Orchestra in 2019. He plays a Marc de Sterke violin with a Sartory bow on generous loan from the Dutch Music Instrument Foundation.

Anna Savkina studied at the Gnessin Special Music School in Moscow with Alexander Vinnitsky and went on to earn her Bachelor of Music Degree at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where she is now pursuing her Graduate Diploma as a student of Vladimir Ivanov. She is also studying for her Konzertexamen Degree of the Folkwang University of the Arts in Germany with Boris Garlitsky. She has been awarded top prizes in many prestigious violin competitions, including the Sendai Competition in Japan, the Louis Spohr in Germany, David Oistrakh in Russia, Heino Eller in Estonia, Buchenau Spring in Germany, Andrea Postacchini in Italy and the Astana Competition in Kazakhstan. Anna graduated from Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory with the rank ‘Best Graduate 2018’.

Aubree Oliverson made her Utah Symphony debut at age 11 and her Carnegie Hall Weill Hall recital debut at age 12.  She has gone to perform to sold out audiences at the Grand Teton Music Festival, SOKA Performing Arts Centre, and the SCERA Centre for the Performing Arts. She has been featured on NPR’s From The Top numerous times. Aubree won a 2016 National YoungArts Foundation Award and the Dorothy Delay Fellowship Prize at Aspen, and was named a 2016 U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts. She attended the Verbier Festival Academy in 2021, where she was presented a ‘Special Prize of Merit’. In 2022 she was signed to Askonas Holt for general management.

Oliver Neubauer attends the Juilliard School, where he studies with Li Lin and Donald Weilerstein, and where he is a recipient of a Kovner Fellowship. He has appeared with numerous orchestras, including the National Repertory Orchestra, the Sound Symphony Orchestra, the New York Concerti Sinfonietta and the Symphony of Westchester, and was awarded Third Prize at the ArsClassica International Competition (2023) and the Gold Award at the National Young Arts Competition (2018). Highlights of 2022/23 include a recording project in London with members of the Royal Academy and conductor Barbara Hannigan, as well as appearances with Jupiter Chamber Players and at the Mostly Music Series (New York). He also makes his debut at Chamber Music Sedona and at Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. Oliver previously took part in the Verbier Festival Academy in 2021. He plays a 1780 J.B. Guadagnini violin, generously on loan to him from the Juilliard String Instrument Collection.

Mathilde Milwidsky studies in Munich with Mi-kyung Lee. She was the only British violinist selected for the 2019 Queen Elisabeth Competition and in the same year won Third prize at the Windsor Festival International String Competition. She has performed as a soloist at venues throughout the United Kingdom, including the Royal Festival Hall, the Wigmore Hall, Kings Place, St John’s Smith Square, Cadogan Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, in addition to appearances across Europe.  Her debut CD for pianist Sam Haywood, was released in 2020 and received widespread acclaim, including Mathilde being named Classical Music Magazine’s Artist of the Month. Her latest recording with the National Symphony Orchestra and conductor Rimma Sushanskaya, featuring Beethoven’s Romances for Violin and Orchestra, received five-stars from Musical Opinion.

Ravil Islyamov graduated from the Central Music School of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and now studies at the Moscow Conservatory. His teacher is Alexander Vinnitsky. Ravil has had much success in competition, including the Gold Medal at the Youth Delphi Games of Russia (Tyumen, 2016; Vladivostok, 2018), the Grand Prix at the Ludwig van Beethoven International Violin Competition (Austria, 2016), and wins at the Youth Delphi Games of Member States of the CIS (Moscow, 2016) and the All-Russian Music Competition (Moscow, 2018). Ravil was also named ‘Best Participant of the Second Round’ at the Tchaikovsky International Competition in 2019. Since 2010 he has been a grant-recipient of the Yuri Rozum International Charitable Foundation.
