When LookSeeGo hits the streets of Valais—and far beyond—it’s not just a concert, it’s a riot of rhythm and revelry. This explosive ten-piece street band dials the groove up to 10,000 and brings an electric vibe to every parade, plaza, and pavement they touch. With a setlist that tears through American street band anthems, ska, reggae, turbo-charged French chanson, rock, hip-hop, and original tracks, they fire up crowds with unstoppable energy. For nearly a decade, they’ve shaken up festivals and city corners with a mash-up of cultures, styles, and pure joy. More than just a band, LookSeeGo creates an immersive, contagious experience—one that blurs the line between performer and audience. Every show is a celebration where no one stays still, and no one stays a stranger.

Yilian Canizares : violin and voice
Childo Tomas : bass
Inor Sotolongo : percussion
Japa System : percussion
Fred Dupont : keyboards

Yilian Cañizares is one of the most intriguing contemporary violinists, singers and composers. Always staying true to her origins, she skilfully blends jazz, classical and Afro- Cuban rhythms with her otherworldly voice. Whether on stage or in a recording studio, there are few talented artists like Yilian – who was born in Havana and settled in Switzerland – with such great respect for the past and sensitivity towards the future, accompanied by a smile to die for.

“Yilian is one of the most incredible talents of the new generation of Cuban musicians. She is a virtuoso, she is expressive, spontaneous and with a grace that makes her the favorite of all of us.” — Chucho Valdés

Bab et les Chats is a musical duo founded by Candice Guennec and Guillaume Baranger, singer-songwriters who’ve performed together since 2000. After meeting at university in Aix-en-Provence, they trained at the local conservatory of contemporary music and signed with the label Atmosphériques under their first project, Musard. Touring and recording brought them as far as Québec, whose lifestyle and creative energy deeply influenced them. In 2014, they created Bab et les Chats, an interactive rock project for children—and their parents. Their mission: to offer young audiences a real rock concert experience, complete with movement, humour, and full-on audience participation. The show invites kids to sing, play and get involved, while grown-ups enjoy the ride too. It’s playful, loud, and theatrical, with a big heart and even bigger energy—designed to bring generations together through music.

After their classical training, eleven musicians from village brass bands founded Sneaky Funk Squad in 2020 — a funky, flamboyant, and slightly crazy street band dressed in pink. Their mission: to explore new horizons, take on bold challenges, and above all, bring the party! The Sneaky Team reimagines funk classics (Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder) and pop/soul hits (Bruno Mars), while putting a fresh spin on modern tracks (Vulfpeck, Snarky Puppy) — and sometimes even playing their own originals. With trumpets, saxophones, trombones, sousaphone, and percussion, the band is all about breaking down barriers with the audience. Their funk, soul, and pop repertoire gets all generations dancing — ready to light up streets, festivals, and unexpected places alike!

Le Caribou Volant is the meeting of two voices, one pen, and a lively mix of bowed and plucked strings. On stage: violin, mandolin, guitar, flute, keyboard, and stomp box. This sparkling French–Québécois duo delivers ‘organic’ songs that expose the excesses of a world driven by greed at the expense of humans and all living things—always with wit and insight. Their language fizzes: a bubbling flow of words that collide, stack, and ricochet to better play, to better protest. With humour and tenderness, they launch a joyful revolt, carried by a vibrant palette of sounds that urges us to dance while we resist. When words resonate, rebellion is never bleak!

The Amy Winehouse Band brings together the original musicians who toured and recorded with Amy Winehouse, led by her long-time bassist and musical director, Dale Davis.

Vocalist Bronte Shande, selected by Dale Davis, performs Amy’s repertoire alongside the musicians who were part of her original band. The show includes live renditions of songs such as Rehab, Back to Black, You Know I’m No Good, and Love Is A Losing Game, accompanied by rare photo and video footage projected on a large screen.

The band members include:

The Amy Winehouse Band offers an opportunity to experience the work of an artist whose impact on contemporary music remains significant, performed by those who knew her best.

Cellists Leonard Disselhorst and Bryan Cheng formed the duo CelloFellos in 2020, united by a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of classical music. Following years of international experience as soloists and chamber musicians, they now explore a bold and colourful sound world together as a duo. Their programme Global Grooves features original arrangements that blend genres—from Romanian folk dances and Argentinian tango to ragtime, swing, and contemporary pop. With flair, virtuosity, and spontaneity, the CelloFellos create a musical journey that is as diverse as it is exhilarating.

The duo has appeared at leading festivals such as Heidelberger Frühling, Beethovenfest Bonn, and Lavaux Classic (Switzerland), and in venues including the Tonali Saal in Hamburg and the Kammermusiksaal of the Berlin Philharmonie.

Leonard Disselhorst

German cellist Leonard Disselhorst has performed widely as a soloist and chamber musician. A founding member of the vision string quartet, he studied with Jens Peter Maintz and the Artemis Quartet in Berlin. He appears regularly at festivals across Europe and has collaborated with artists including Jörg Widmann, Avi Avital, and Nils Mönkemeyer. His discography includes recordings for Warner Classics, one of which received an OPUS KLASSIK Award. Leonard plays a Gaetano Antoniazzi cello from 1892 and is supported by Thomastik-Infeld.

Bryan Cheng

Canadian cellist Bryan Cheng is acclaimed for his charismatic stage presence and artistic depth. A laureate of prestigious competitions including the Queen Elisabeth and Geneva International Music Competitions, he performs as a soloist with major orchestras and in recitals across Europe, North America, and Asia. In 2022, he was awarded the Prix Yves Paternot, the Verbier Festival Academy’s highest distinction, given to its most promising and accomplished young artist. His passion for diverse musical styles and inventive programming defines his artistic voice.

The Galilee Quartet is a Palestinian string quartet formed by siblings Omar, Mostafa, Tibah, and Gandhi Saad, from the village of Maghar near Nazareth. The ensemble began its musical training at Beit Almusica Conservatory and has performed extensively across Palestine. As part of the Palestine Youth Orchestra, it has toured in Italy, Greece, France, Jordan, and the UK, including a 2013 appearance with violinist Nigel Kennedy at the BBC Proms. Members of the quartet have pursued further studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and the group completed an artist diploma with the Cremona Quartet at the Stauffer Centre for Strings in 2022–2023. In September 2025, it will begin a master’s programme in chamber music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). The quartet’s work blends Western classical repertoire with Arabic traditions and original compositions, reflecting its dual heritage.

The folk music ensemble apartig was founded in 2007. The joy of folk music brought the six musicians from the Oberwallis together.

Original compositions by Tobias Salzgeber and David Elsig give the ensemble its “apartig” style. Diverse and innovative in harmony and rhythm, traditional and new, local and foreign go hand in hand.

Theater music and poetry settings by Tobias Salzgeber round off the broad musical palette of original compositions. (Music for the open-air theaters “tenebrae” (2013) and “Walliser Totentanz” (2022), “Soldat & Teufel” (2024) – “Jakobea” (2025) – setting of a short story by Wilfried Meichtry “Der Herr der Lüfte” (2017)

“Walliser” music is cultivated with pieces by the musician from Naters Amadé Salzmann or with arrangements of old “Wallsier” dances, for example by the legendary Walpen brothers (dWalpini).

Swiss music is presented in Schottisch, Polka and Co. with arrangements of traditional pieces from the Hanny-Christen collection.
